Yorktown Memorial Hospital originally served as the community hospital under the ownership of the Catholic Church for many decades until it closed in the mid-1980s.  The hospital has gotten a "new lease on life" as a movie set and venue for paranormal investigation under its current ownership.  Yorktown Hospital is presently available for rental "as is" for paranormal investigations and related activities on a reservation basis only. The building is safe for occupancy, but it is only available for tours, paranormal investigations, photography, film making or other purposes by advance reservation.  The owner has plans to restore part of the property when financially feasible.  In the meantime, Yorktown Memorial Hospital is used solely for the enjoyment of the owner and guests.  Contact us at: for information.
You can also contact: Mike Henson at 210/748-4475 to coordinate activities by reservation.  Fans of Yorktown Memorial Hospital are encouraged to enjoy the property at their leisure by helping maintain and beautify the grounds, garden and building and by engaging in paranormal investigations, film and photography.
